Frank Mancini

Frank was raised in Italy and upon relocating to the U.S. in 1984, Frank proudly served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Stock Controller. Upon his honorable discharge in 1993, Frank earned his bachelor's degree from UCLA where his entrepreneurial bug hit.

He then created IRG. IRG successfully creates on-line marketing strategies and campaigns, develops and manages websites and provides research consulting services. IRG has been awarded more than 30 on-line industry awards for building brands, consumer relationship marketing and launching new products.

Frank serves on Xtreme Measures LLC Advisory Board, a global digital wireless mobile marketing company, an appointed member on the U.S. Small Business Administration's Advisory Committee on Veterans Business Affairs and a founding member of the American Legion National Economic Advisory Committee.
